Plastics
PA12 Grey
P12 Grey is a carbon black pigmented version of the PA2200 polymer. It is a dark grey engineering plastic used in SLS printing technology.
The material has been developed to be compatible with the fiber lasers of Farsoon Flight machines.
PA2200 (PA12)
PA2200 is an additive-modified, white-pigmented polyamide 12. Compared to conventional polyamide, PA2200 nylon has a higher melting point and a higher degree of crystallization.
PA2200 nylon is considered the standard material for 3D printing.
PA3200GF (PA12GF)
Glass-reinforced polyamide. The raw material is a polyamide (PA12) blend with small glass beads added.
The glass beads strengthen and stiffen the polymer blend, resulting in a composite that offers improved resistance to heat and wear.
PA2210 FR – UL 94 V-0
PA2210 FR is a polyamide 12-based nylon that contains a halogen-free flame retardant.
When exposed to fire, the material forms an insulating carbon layer on its surface, which slows down burning.

Metals

SS15-5 Ph
StainlessSteel PH1 is a pre-alloyed stainless steel in fine powder form.
The composition of StainlessSteel PH1 corresponds to standards DIN 1.4540 and UNS S15500.

Kobolttikromi
Cobalt-chrome alloy (Remanium Star) is used in highly demanding environments in both industrial and medical applications.
The material is commonly used in gas turbines, dental implants, and orthopedic implants.

Alumiini AlSi10Mg
Aluminum AlSi10Mg is a traditional metal alloy used in cast parts for its light weight and good thermal conductivity.
Thanks to its density and ease of machinability, it is one of the most cost-effective metals for 3D printing.

316L
Stainless steel 316L is suitable for parts required across various industries.
The material is used in a wide range of components, for example in medical applications, the automotive industry, power plants, the pulp and paper industry, and the chemical industry.

Työkaluteräs
Maraging tool steel 1.2709 is an extremely hard and durable steel.
Its excellent suitability for tooling comes from its characteristic hardness, compressive strength, and wear resistance, which are achieved through annealing.
